Let’s Get Something Straight!

I spoke earlier about people putting label’s on themselves even when the label is WAY OFF!

The media continues to tell people that unless you are a size 3 that must mean your fat, there for fat means ugly.
Let me tell you FAT does NOT mean Ugly!
Once people get that through their heads, this world can start to become a much more friendly place!

So I now move to the Definitions portion of my lovely blog where I will attempt to help you thy readers better label yourself, I mean come on we all do it, but if we are going to do it all the time we might as well be getting it right..Right?

First head to your doctor to find out just what your weight (healthy) should be, Once that’s done return here for your label.

If you are 10 to 20 pounds over your max weight your label is: Chubby

If you are 25 to 45 pounds over your max weight your label is: Curvy

If your 50 to 70 pounds over your max weight your label is: Fat

If your 75 to 100 pounds over your max weight your label is: Obese

Anything more then that my dear friends and your headed towards heart failure and a doctor’s medical help would be the smartest way for you to be going to get on the road to saving yourself.
But for label’s sake yours would be: Morbidly Obese

So to conclude I will state, do not be ashamed of who you are and add a label to yourself that you know to be incorrect.
If your Chubby, Stop calling yourself fat because you know deep down it could be a lot worse.
And if your obese, please refrain from the term curvy in the long run it’s just a lie and people will judge you more fairly if your just up front about it.

Hollywood B.S.

Hollywood’s perception of what is thin and what is thick is completely retarded.
They actually try and convince people that women like Angelina Jolie and Scarlett Johansson are actually “Curvy”.
Just because a women has a C-cup does not make her “curvy”.

I think Hollywood lives in some sort of fantasy world, and anything out of the normal realm of their twisted reality is considered disgusting.

They glorify women for being thin, and poke fun at them when they get slightly pudgy.
Women feel this overwhelming pressure to be skinny and tend to take it to far. When it’s taken to far the media jumps all over them for setting a poor example to young people.
They need to take a long hard look at themselves before they go placing the blame on any of these young women.

Have you ever watched one of these “entertainment shows” before a big celebrity awards show? “DIET SECRETS OF THE STARS” is their main headlines.
And just who is it that’s going on a diet? Women who clearly need not do such a thing.
Reese Witherspoon on a diet? Come on!!! does she really look like she needs to shed a few pounds?

A big deal was recently made over Tyra Banks and her slight weight gain, Did anyone think before they began blabbing to check with a medical professional to see if in fact she was over weight? NO!
The fact is, Is that Tyra is 5 feet 10 inches tall and by all medical standards she should weight in at least 150 pounds and No more then 165 pounds.
On her show she clocked in at 162 pounds, meaning she was with in her “TARGET” weight range for her height.

The media has a warped sense of what is real looking and what is healthy. They believe that a women at 5 feet 10 inches can weight in at 130 pounds and be healthy, and the fact remains is NO it’s not a healthy weight for someone of that height.
Nicole Richie is another perfect example as a person who has been consumed by the pressures of the media spotlight.
Her highest weight was 125 pounds and she stands 5 feet 1 inches tall. Her max weight according to medical information would be 115 pounds, So technically she was only 10 pounds over weight. But she went and lost so much she was weighing in at 86 pounds which would be considered greatly underweight.

People need to stop making their lifestyle choices based on what they see on TV and start getting the correct and proper information provided to them by a professional who knows what they are doing.
Hollywood does NOT know what they are doing, it’s all about the money baby and for some reason skin and bones sells.

If your thinking of going on a diet, it’s a huge deal and I highly recommend you do not read a stupid women’s magazine for help but go to your doctor who will then hook you up with all the correct people to help you through this time in your life.

BBW?

BBW, Stands for Big Beautiful Women for those of you who had no clue.

I just wanted to shed a little light on how misused this term has become over the past few years.
Seem’s like every fat women in the world is now reffering to herself as BBW and honestly the term should not be used lightly.

There is a BIG difference between BBW and flat out FAT! and if your fat just get over it and stop lying to yourself and say “Yes I am FAT..FAT FAT FAT!”
Just like the word “Curvy” is being over used through out the internet and other media outlets.
I am sorry to say this but “Curvy” is not a size 20!

Stop putting inapropiate lables on yourself and learn to accept who you are as a person, Don’t go on a dating site and put “BBW or Curvy or More to Love” if your 100 pounds over weight, because that would be a lie.
And to start a relationship off with a lie can only END that relationship before it even begins.

If someone is NOT willing to accept you for being fat then screw them, they were not someone you wanted in your life to begin with!

I am fat, and I do not pretend to be anything other then that. If people do not like me or do not want to take the time to get to know the person that I am, then I will be done with them. One less person for me to worry about!

Some people are Stupid

I came to the conclusion the other day, Some people really are stupid!

Someone had the balls to tell me I was fat! As if I didn’t already know it and like he was doing me a favor by telling me it.

Do people really believe that fat people all live in some fantasy world where we really do not know we are over weight and that it is bad for our health?
Because if you are one of those people you are sorely mistaken!

I know I am fat, and I already know the rest of the world who sees me knows I am fat and I certainly do not need to be told by stupid people that I should lose a few extra pounds.
Like I don’t already tell myself that enough, I do not need to hear it from a dumb ass who knows nothing about me or what I have gone through.

Please people do NOT assume that because I am fat that I am LAZY, you would be very incorrect in this assumption and it would end up making you look like a bigger ass when I told you WHY I gained weight.
Simply take the time to get to know someone before you pass judgement upon them, you just might be surprised as to what you may find out.

Sometimes I just really hate dumb, uneducated, stupid people!

Yes I am indeed FAT!

Welcome to my fat world! Where I will attempt to dissect the whole meaning of FAT and why it is deemed so ugly in today’s society.

I will try to find out just why it is fully acceptable to make fun of and humiliate a person who is over weight and why the media is so hell bent on putting fat people in the lime light only to poke fun at them.

I will discuss my own personal battles with the bulge and give what I think is opinions shared by others just like myself.

Yes I am FAT..dare I say it?!? Fat Fat Fat! SO WHAT?
If you don’t like it there are a million different ways you can avoid me with out causing me personal pain, I suggest people learn a little, Live a little and Love a lot!

I will also celebrate those who are also fat and have succeeded in making the world see we’re not monsters that can give you cooties!
