I spoke earlier about people putting label’s on themselves even when the label is WAY OFF!
The media continues to tell people that unless you are a size 3 that must mean your fat, there for fat means ugly.
Let me tell you FAT does NOT mean Ugly!
Once people get that through their heads, this world can start to become a much more friendly place!
So I now move to the Definitions portion of my lovely blog where I will attempt to help you thy readers better label yourself, I mean come on we all do it, but if we are going to do it all the time we might as well be getting it right..Right?
First head to your doctor to find out just what your weight (healthy) should be, Once that’s done return here for your label.
If you are 10 to 20 pounds over your max weight your label is: Chubby
If you are 25 to 45 pounds over your max weight your label is: Curvy
If your 50 to 70 pounds over your max weight your label is: Fat
If your 75 to 100 pounds over your max weight your label is: Obese
Anything more then that my dear friends and your headed towards heart failure and a doctor’s medical help would be the smartest way for you to be going to get on the road to saving yourself.
But for label’s sake yours would be: Morbidly Obese
So to conclude I will state, do not be ashamed of who you are and add a label to yourself that you know to be incorrect.
If your Chubby, Stop calling yourself fat because you know deep down it could be a lot worse.
And if your obese, please refrain from the term curvy in the long run it’s just a lie and people will judge you more fairly if your just up front about it.
